The International Contemporary Art Society of New York (ICAS) will be exhibiting chromogenic black and white photography by Sam Dobrow at ArtExpo – New York from April 4 to April 8.
Prints from Sam Dobrow’s Scotland – Faith and Fortitude collection are large prints and and panoramic scenes, some reaching over 30″ in height and 90″ in width. Having been shot with a 50 megapixel camera and stitched together from numerous images into panoramas, these full size prints are of extremely high resolution. Exhibition of these prints in their native size requires a large gallery and dedicated space. Smaller exhibition prints, fitting on a 20″ x 30″ mounting will be exhibited at ArtExpo NY. Exhibition prints are available for purchase and full size, framed prints can be produced to order for delivery within 2-3 weeks (depending on shipping destination).
The 25 images are available in a hand produced, collector’s edition leporello of chromogenic exhibition prints. Each spread of the leporello is a 12″ x 24″ chromogenic print reduced in size to fit the page. Prints are mounted to a 1/8″ sheet of stiff mylar to ensure a lay flat presentation. Each specially priced, limited edition, leporello is leather bound with silver gilding and boxed with a certificate of authenticity. Photography collectors will appreciate the ability to acquire an entire collection of chromogenic exhibition prints from Sam Dobrow in a compact, table top, presentation format.
