Our number one goal is to assure you are happy with your purchase. We use the finest materials and craftsmanship to produce, package and ship your artwork. If something is not right, please allow us the opportunity to remedy the problem. Our products are unique works of art, made by hand. Please understand our terms and conditions.
All Sales Final
All artwork is custom manufactured to order. Once an order is accepted and production begins the order can not be cancelled or returned. We employ the latest technologies in color printing to provide an exceptional product. As with any artwork, our products should be protected from extreme temperatures, outdoor weather, high humidity, direct sunlight, cleaning chemicals, etc. Some finishes, such as aluminum, are more suitable to outdoor environments and direct sunlight but we do not recommend exposing them directly to the weather as it may lead to premature aging and fading. If in question about the exposure, please ask us.
Handling Costs
We want your artwork to arrive in the same condition as we shipped it. We carefully select the best packaging to assure its safe journey from us to you. All artwork requires custom packaging. Handling costs for smaller items includes the cost of a custom box and packing. Larger items require the construction of a wood crate to protect the artwork during shipment. Handling costs vary substantially based on the dimensions of your artwork.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary significantly based on the destination, size of art work, packaging/crating, carrier, and speed of shipment. We use rates from UPS to estimate shipping costs on the checkout page. Some items may not be able to be estimated and a custom quote is requested from our shippers when the package is bulky, heavy, or being sent internationally. Bulky items require wood crates which also add to the weight and cost of shipping. When the product exceeds the specifications for UPS, there will be an option to select Freight Allowance as a shipping option. Upon receipt of your order, we will inquire with various shippers to get a quote for shipping the item. We will then update your order and either refund the excess freight allowance or request an additional amount. We try to slightly over estimate the freight allowance so that our customer gets a small refund for the shipping.
Local Delivery and Installation
When customers live in the local market (25 mile radius from downtown Miami) we offer a no hassle white glove delivery service. We will deliver the artwork, hang it on the wall with the appropriate hardware, and remove all the packing materials. Please be sure to ask for this special service in the shipping options.
Damaged Shipments
We take extra care to package your art so it arrives safe but sometimes even the best laid plans can go wrong. If goods are received damaged they may be returned for replacement of the same artwork or a full refund if there are no replacements available. Please inspect all packages for damages upon arrival. It is unlikely that items will arrive damaged inside a shipping carton without exterior signs of damage. Damages to the shipping carton should be noted on the carrier’s delivery sheet. Please make photographs of the damaged carton before opening the carton if damages are suspected and make photos of the damaged artwork as you remove the damaged items from the carton. Damaged shipment claims must include pictures of the unopened shipping cartons showing damages as well as pictures of the damaged artwork. ALL BOXES, CRATES, PACKING MATERIALS, AND ARTWORK MUST BE RETAINED FOR INSPECTION BY THE SHIPPER IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGES.
Pricing Confirmation
Sales over $500 will be confirmed by phone before an order is processed. Although not required, it is recommended that large acrylic artwork (over 40″ in the long dimension) be framed. Framing prices will be quoted over the phone and confirmed if desired. Any errors in pricing on the website will not be binding. Customer may cancel an order with pricing errors without penalty. Sales tax (7%) is collected for shipments or delivery in the state of Florida.
Craftmanship
Most items are produced by hand to order; minor variations are to be expected with hand produced items. Please note that colors of artwork will vary from the image on your computer screen. Most computer screens are not color calibrated and do not accurately reproduce the colors of fine art. Most people find the colors of their artwork to be more vivid with higher contrast and details than is observed on a computer monitor. Color calibrated computer monitors will present a reasonably representative image of the artwork when viewed with a browser that processes ICC color profiles.
