The Artwork
The COVID-19 Gallery presents a collection of landscape prints curated to bring you comfort during quarantine and social distancing. These images were made in Tanzania during the green season (Spring) which is when heavy rains green up the landscape and many large animals give birth. The images serve to remind us how sensitive our planet is while elevating us to a state of peaceful meditation and relaxation. The images in this gallery are standardized (16″ x 20″) versions of the original prints which range in sizes up to 30″ x 90″. Each image is printed to fit on a 16 x 20 sheet of photographic paper with a border of 1.5″ (on the long side) and dry mounted to acid-free board. This standardization makes these works of art affordable. They ship flat in standard mail and fit easily into inexpensive pre-made frames such as the RIBBA frame from IKEA ($9.99).
