Look For More Artwork on Social Media in 2024

In 2023 I created a lot of new fine art and surreal photography. Unfortunately, I’m still working on the thousands of pictures to curate a small selection for the website. Many of the candidates are on Instagram. In 2023 I traveled to and photographed some amazing places including:

• Chilean Patagonia – Torres de Paine
• Kanab, Utah – Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion NP, and surrounds
• European Alps (Mont Blanc, Matterhorn, Lauderbrunnen, Bavaria, Salzburg, and more)
• San Francisco, CA and Napa Valley

I also began a new book project called Grovetographer. Grovetographer is a long term project about life in Coconut Grove. Since this is my backyard, I’ll be shooting a lot of pictures in The Grove between travels. I’ve created a new social media profile just for Grovetographer and I hope you’ll follow it. This project was inspired by the works of deceased photographers who made some of their most significant photographs in the final years of their life when they could no longer travel or were confined to their homes. I’m still able to travel but I thought this would be a good time to start exploring things readily within my grasp on a daily basis.

Hello 2024!

	I’ll be traveling to Rajasthan, India in early 2024 to photograph cultural, archeological, and scenic landscape sites including the tiger reserve jungle and the Thar Desert.
	In spring am traveling to Catalunya, Spain for an organized model shoot in a restored 10th century medieval castle to work on new additions to the Mystic Collection.
	Destinations are uncertain, but there are plans in the works to do a Pacific Coast Driving trip. A lot will depend on weather and fire season.
